From the Principal

Welcome to Central Park School! Central Park School serves approximately 750 students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.  Central Park School is a learning community where staff and parents work together to help students develop the needed skills to set foundations for becoming life long learners.  Our school community works to create a positive and caring environment which makes Central Park School "A Place to Belong".

Central Park School - A Place to Belong

We have started the 3rd Quarter of the school year.  Please encourage your child to work hard as the year continues.  We look forward to seeing our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students at Snowflurries on Saturday February 3rd, and our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students at Snowflake on February 17th.  2nd Quarter Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on February 9th at new times; 1pm-3pm and 4pm-7pm.  We hope to see many parents attend to discuss their child's progress.  During conferences be sure to stop by the Book Fair hosted by our PTCP.  Valentine's Day parties will take place on February 14th at 1:45pm.  Be sure to show your school spirit by wearing pink or red on that day.  We look forward to the following SSJHSC conference events: Band Contest held at Wilkins Junior High on February 22nd and Cheerfest held at Prairie Junior High on February 29th.  Good luck to those students representing Central Park School at those events.
