Springfield Chargers

Springfield School provides after school tutoring to students needing greater support in Math and Reading.

           1st - 2nd grade Math meets on Tuesdays and Reading meets on Wednesdays.

           3rd - 6th grade  Math meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

           3rd - 6th grade  Reading meets on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Springfield School also sponsors the following student clubs:

           2nd grade Magical Recipes and Activities meets on Wednesdays

           3rd grade Book Club meets on Wednesdays

           4th grade Book Club meets on Thursdays

           5th grade Art Club meets on Wednesdays

Springfield School also sponsors Student Council at 5th and 6th grade.

Sixth grade students are encouraged to tryout for Central Park and Kolmar School Athletic and Academic teams at their respective junior high.  Information about these tryouts will be provided throughout the year.  

District 143 Band  after-school rehearsals at Springfield School:

           Beginning Band meets on Tuesdays (beginning 10/20)

           Symphonic Band meets on Wednesdays and Thursdays
