Springfield Chargers

Springfield School provides after school tutoring to students needing greater support in Math and Reading.

           1st - 2nd grade Math meets on Tuesdays and Reading meets on Thursdays.

           4th grade Reading meets on Tuesdays and Math meets on Thursdays

           3rd, 5- 6th grade  Math meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

           3rd, 5- 6th grade  Reading meets onTuesdays and Thursdays.

Springfield School also sponsors the following student clubs:

           4th- 5th grade Science Club meets on Wednesdays

           Chorus meets on Wednesdays

Springfield School also sponsors Student Council at 5th and 6th grade.

Sixth grade students are encouraged to tryout for Central Park and Kolmar School Athletic and Academic teams at their respective junior high.  Information about these tryouts will be provided throughout the year.  

District 143 Band  after-school rehearsals at Springfield School:

           Beginning Band meets on Tuesdays

           Symphonic Band meets on Wednesdays and Thursdays
